美国阿拉斯加夏令时3月19日，中美高层战略对话在美国安克雷奇结束，双方围绕各自内外政策、中美关系以及共同关心的重大国际地区问题进行了坦诚、深入、建设性的沟通。

A China-US high-level strategic dialogue concluded in Anchorage, United States on March 19 after the two sides had candid, constructive and helpful exchanges on respective domestic and foreign policies, the bilateral relationship as well as major international matters of shared interest.

美国阿拉斯加夏令时3月18日至19日，中共中央政治局委员、中央外事工作委员会办公室主任杨洁篪，国务委员兼外长王毅在安克雷奇同美国国务卿布林肯、总统国家安全事务助理沙利文举行中美高层战略对话。双方围绕各自内外政策、中美关系以及共同关心的重大国际地区问题进行了坦诚、深入、长时间、建设性的沟通。双方认为对话是及时的、有益的，加深了相互理解。

中方表示，中方是应美方邀请而来。中国农历新年除夕，习近平主席同拜登总统成功通话，一致同意双方要加强沟通，管控分歧，拓展合作，这对今后一段时期中美关系发展具有重要指导意义。此次中方应邀来到安克雷奇同美方举行中美高层战略对话，是落实两国元首通话共识的重要举措，也是两国元首亲自决策举行的。过去几年，由于中国的正当权益受到无理打压，中美关系遭遇前所未有的严重困难。这种局面损害了两国人民利益，损害了世界稳定与发展，不应再继续下去了。中方愿同美方加强战略沟通，推动互利合作，妥善管控分歧，推动两国关系沿着健康稳定轨道向前发展，造福两国人民，促进世界持久和平与繁荣。

中美合则两利、斗则俱伤，合作是双方唯一正确选择。中美合作可以办成许多有利于两国和世界的大事，中美对抗对两国和世界肯定是一场灾难。

China and the United States both gain from cooperation and lose from confrontation, and cooperation is the only right choice for both sides. When China and the United States work together, we can accomplish a great deal for the good of both countries and the world at large; confrontation between the two countries, however, will definitely be disastrous for both countries and the world.
